Ocean Bay Park is a family community. We rent only to families, not to unrelated adults. No loud parties, or music that can disturb the neighbors is allowed. An excessive noise detection system is installed and active during quiet hours. We have a camera installed on the outside of the property for security and to see the ocean when we're feeling disconnected. There is a 5.5% hotel tax that is required and charged separately of the cost listed when instant-booking and shown in checkout.
